An after-sales service center is a place where you can refund a purchased item or request a repair.

1. Invoice and cash receipt:

Please keep the original invoice and cash receipt as a proof of your payment. It will not be possible to refund or repair the item without a cash receipt.

2. Box and packaging:

Please keep the item box and inner packaging. The item will not be refunded or repaired, if the item is presented without the box and packaging.

3. Recommendations:

Please check the visual condition of the item together with the store representative as soon as you receive the item. If a visual defect is detected, the item must be replaced as soon as defect is discovered.

If, during the warranty period, after purchase, it is detected, that the purchased item has a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact the manufacturer's service center for warranty service. The service in the service center will be provided in accordance with the warranty conditions of the item (you can find the contact information and warranty conditions of the item on the warranty card of the relevant item / manufacturer).*

4. Guaranteed refund of the item within 7 calendar days:

Guaranteed refund of the item within 7 calendar days will take place, if the item is in factory condition and retains its original sale form. Refunds will be made on the basis of store confirmation.

4.1 Exceptions:

- Mobile phones, computers, electrical hygienic care products (beard or hair care items, dental care items, etc.) are only refundable, if the item is found to have a manufacturing defect (based on the conclusion of the relevant service center of the product’s manufacturer)

5. Light household items:

In case of detection of a manufacturing defect of products purchased in the department of light household items (electronics, bicycle, hover boards, electric

scooters, sports equipment, etc.), the customer, for warranty service, must submit the damaged item to the service center of the product manufacturer, in accordance with the warranty conditions. The service in the service center will be carried out in accordance with the warranty conditions of item’s manufacturer. Light household items purchased at a Carrefour store are covered by a 1 (one) year warranty.

5.1 Exceptions:

- Bicycle, hover board and electric scooter - which are covered by a 6

(six) month warranty

6. Household appliances:

Household appliances purchased at the Carrefour store are covered by warranty period established by the manufacturer. Information about the above can be obtained from the after-sales service center. *

In order to get warranty service for the item, the customer should contact the manufacturer's service center.

7. Refund conditions:

- The paid amount will be refunded according to the mode of payment of the item cost (See Articles 1 & 2)

- Refund of the cost of the item, which is the subject of home delivery service, is possible with consideration of above-described conditions, only after the confirmation has been received from the supplier, that the item has not been delivered to the customer or the item has been taken from the customer by the supplier (See Articles 1 & 2)

8. Repair conditions:

- The warranty does not apply without proof of payment of the item cost

- The warranty does not apply in case of physical / visual damage to the item (broken, dropped, etc.)

- No more than 30 working days are specified for repairing the item within the warranty conditions. In addition, the warranty periods for a particular item may vary depending on the item manufacturer’s warranty service conditions

- If the item could not be repaired within the specified period of repair, the customer has the right to request replacement of the purchased item with a new identical item or to refund the paid amount

- The following items are not subject to repair in accordance with the warranty conditions: software, power generating unit, power supply, memory card, cable, adapter, charging device, remote control and other accessories

- Ignoring the rules and conditions of operation of the item set by the manufacturer is considered as a violation of the warranty conditions. Accordingly, no warranty service will be provided for such item

* The warranty conditions set by the manufacturer, including period for provision of

warranty service, shall prevail!
